About the Founder
Jose Prado is the Founder and President of Transformation Capital Services, LLC delivering fractional CFO and performance growth consulting services to entrepreneurial companies in South Florida. Jose brings full investment cycle experience, from start-up to mid-cap exit, across diversified industries for over 20 years.
From 2014 to 2020, Jose served as CFO for Atlantic Sapphire ASA, an innovative land-based salmon farming company (AgTech), which grew from idea inception in the U.S. to public listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange. His participation in the growth of other tech-driven, venture-backed companies includes ClassWallet, Ninety.io, and Streann Media.
Prior to this, Jose was directly involved in the sale of three companies in the television post-production, outdoor retail, and marketing services industries since 2000. He began his finance career in the AT&T mergers and acquisitions group after interning at Allen & Company during graduate school. Jose received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.S. in Economics degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
He serves in various capacities for non-profit organizations, currently as a board member of the Baptist Homestead Hospital, as well as past President of the Kellogg Alumni Club of South Florida and member of the World Golf Championship leadership council.
